--- title: OfferWoo Help Center description: Complete your first browser interview, manage materials and plans, review the conversation, and solve audio, account or payment problems. --- Start with the task you want to finish. Web preparation does not require a desktop installation. For a browser interview, check that your meeting can supply shared tab audio before you start. ## Prepare, interview and review Select a role, test both audio sources, start, pause and save the interview. Upload a resume, check extracted text and use a copyable project-note template. Set the time, choose a role and know which notes the assistant will use. Compare the transcript with cues, save corrections and reuse useful questions. ## Get your setup working - [Web or desktop, installation and permissions](./install/) explains which application needs access and how to confirm it worked. - [Audio and screen sharing](./audio/) separates microphone, meeting sound and what other people can see. - [Troubleshooting](./troubleshooting/) starts from the symptom and includes a support request template. For a first test, have your submitted resume and job description ready. Select the actual meeting source, check each voice separately, then start a short interview. End it and confirm saving before relying on the same setup for a longer call. The local meter check is free of interview usage; a started test interview uses time. ## Manage your account and purchases - [Account and sign-in](./account/) covers browser sessions, desktop authorization, devices, export and deletion. - [Minutes, payments and refunds](./billing/) covers package expiry, an unfinished payment and the 7-day unused-order refund rule. - [Partner commission](./partners/) explains application approval, eligible payments during the 270-day period and payout states. ## Prepare better answers The blog develops interview techniques with worked examples. Read [how to explain a project](../blog/project-story/), [how to answer naturally](../blog/natural-answers/) or [the pre-interview audio checklist](../blog/audio-check/). Product guides here explain the controls; those articles help you decide what to prepare and practise. Need help with a particular failure? Follow [the support template](./troubleshooting/) and use [Contact](../contact/). Include what you tried and what happened, with private conversation details removed.
